Policies for Deb's Custom Cupcakes
Policies:
we take great pride in creating custom treats for your special moments. Because our cupcakes are made to order and perishable, we adhere to the following policies:
1. Payment in full is taken when you place your order to reserve my time & commitment to your event. Square invoicing is used.
2. A full refund is available up to 10 days prior to your event, minus any incurred credit card fees. No refund is available within the 9 days prior to your event due to ingredients being purchased and prep work started.
3. I do my best to accommodate changes to your order (flavors or designs) prior to 10 days of your order due date, significant changes may result in a price adjustment.
4. Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me immediately for consideration of a refund or credit.
5. Handling: Once your order has been delivered, you assume responsiblity for any damage caused by improper handling, heat or transportation errors.
Cake Care Instructions
Keep cakes & cupcakes out of direct sun or heat source as these can wilt or melt the frosting design. STORE IN COOL LOCATION SUCH AS THE REFRIGERATOR- FOR BEST RESULTS. Bring to room temperature prior to serving (20 minutes for cupcakes 2 hours for cakes).

We offer cupcakes, cakes, and brownies. All of our products are made fresh per order and are customized to your preference: flavors, frosting design or add-in ingredients. Our mission is to make you smile!
